The Betty Boop Patch Collection binder from Willabee & Ward comes with 29 DIFFERENT patches (with their respective info/art cards) in plastic display sleeves. Patches are individually wrapped and thus in pretty spectacular condition. A few info cards have some light staining (mostly visible on the reverse blank side). This does not affect the corresponding patches. Binder shows some light shelf wear. Front, lower right corner of binder has some visible tearing. Gold embossed images on binder cover and spine are intact save for a slight spot on front.
